When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you join studio news, we collect your email address, consent time, and subscription status.
Why we use it
Contact details are used to reply to your message. Newsletter details are used only to confirm your subscription and send occasional Creative Alchemist news and game updates.
Who processes it
The site stores submissions in its protected hosting database. Contact-form notifications may be delivered to the studio through Telegram. Newsletter confirmation and update emails may be delivered through our email provider, Resend.
Choices and removal
Every newsletter email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to correct or delete your stored information by emailing [email protected].
Analytics and session insights
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, page usage, device and browser information, and how people interact with the site. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as an abbreviated or derived location from your IP address. Clarity may create privacy-protected session replays and interaction heatmaps. We use this information to improve the site and our games, not to sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep contact messages only while they remain useful for the conversation or studio records. Unsubscribed addresses are retained as suppression records so they are not accidentally added back to a mailing. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
